IMproVISIERt: When shouts become great moments on stage
On November 17, 2026, the small theater – KAMMERSPIELE Landshut transforms into a lab of spontaneity. In the improvisation theater IMproVISIERt, every moment is created live before the audience's eyes: without a fixed script, without a predetermined plot, and with an open ending.
Theater from the moment
The student improvisation theater group of the Catholic University Community Landshut captures ideas, shouts, and impulses from the audience and shapes them into rapid scenes, surprising characters, and quirky stories. A journey with Little Red Riding Hood through space, a conversation with Elon Musk about Mars, or a spontaneous duet with Taylor Swift: In this production, almost anything is possible.
Dramaturgy without a safety net
The special power of the evening lies in its immediate dramaturgy. Every scene emerges from the moment, every reaction changes the course. The art of acting thrives on presence, precise interplay, and the ability to create an entire stage world from a single keyword. The audience experiences theater not as a finished product but as a collective creative event.
Large stage, vibrant theater atmosphere
The small theater – KAMMERSPIELE Landshut opens its large stage for improvisation theater. Light, space, and acoustics provide a clear framework for spontaneous ideas, while the student actors ensure dynamic, imaginative, and comedically sensitive shifts in mood. Sometimes raucous stage humor arises, sometimes a quirky miniature, sometimes an unexpectedly touching moment.
150 minutes full of surprises
With a duration of about 150 minutes including a break, IMproVISIERt offers a versatile stage experience. No evening is the same as the other, as audience reactions directly influence the production. Those who engage in this theater experiment will experience a performance that celebrates the magic of the unrepeatable.
Conclusion: IMproVISIERt promises a humorous, bold, and directly lively theater evening. The improonauts of the University Community Landshut demonstrate how a shout becomes a scene, an idea becomes a character, and shared attention creates a unique stage experience. Anyone wanting to experience improvisation theater in its freshest form should not miss this evening live at the small theater.
