Directions and Parking to the ta.la conference center Landshut
The ta.la is located east of the Landshut old town on the campus of the Sparkassenakademie Bayern. For navigation, use the address Bürgermeister‑Zeiler‑Straße 1, 84036 Landshut. From Munich as well as from Deggendorf, the site can be reached after just a few kilometers from the A92 motorway. Those traveling from Nuremberg or Frankfurt have a comfortable connection to Landshut via the A3. An advantage of this location is the clear route guidance: The campus access is well signposted, the buildings do not exceed the tree line, and the access roads are wide – making deliveries for trade shows, technology, or exhibition construction easier. Finding a parking space is not a stressful issue here: Around 650 free parking spaces are available on the premises, allowing even larger participant numbers to be managed without additional organizational effort. For air travelers, Munich Airport (MUC) is a good choice; the distance is just under 45 kilometers, and the route via the A92 is very direct. Train travelers can reach Landshut (Bay) Hbf. From there, the city bus line 3 operates during the day at approximately 30-minute intervals (direction Auloh) to the stop “Hochschule,” while the evening line 103 takes over later in the day; the travel time is about 20 minutes. For quick transfers, the Landshut taxi service (0871/22011) is available, with a travel time of about a quarter of an hour depending on traffic. Those who prefer sustainable mobility can check carpool offers; the academy also refers to an interactive traffic map for Bavaria in its visitor information. These clear travel options, the dense parking availability, and the location between city and nature make logistics before, during, and after the event reliably planable. Rooms, Capacities, and Technology for Seminars, Conferences, and Events
The core of the ta.la is consistently designed for professional training, conferences, meetings, and corporate events. The centerpiece is the auditorium: With 350 square meters, coordinated audio/video infrastructure, and an architecture that supports rather than overwhelms presentations, it is suitable for high-profile lectures, award ceremonies, product presentations, or town halls. Depending on the seating arrangement, events for up to about 350 people are possible here; for workshops or plenary breakouts, the flexible stage allows for clear zoning. The auditorium is complemented by a spacious foyer of over 400 square meters – ideal as exhibition and stand space for up to about 20 exhibitors, as a welcome desk zone, or for coffee breaks and networking. For daily work, there are 28 seminar rooms ranging from 53 to 200 square meters: All offer daylight, the characteristic view into greenery, and standard equipment that matters in practice – from projectors to screens, flipcharts, pinboards, and whiteboards, as well as visualizers (partially). Additionally, there are 24 group rooms with 8 to 33 square meters for breakouts, coaching, or quiet work. Working outdoors is also possible: The so-called “green workspaces” are integrated into the outdoor area and allow workshops with up to around 40 people, weather permitting. Important for event planners: The location is marketed in the MICE sector with over 50 rooms; restaurant capacities, presentation technology, outdoor areas, and barrier-free access are documented. This allows for formats ranging from classic training to hybrid meetings to gala dinners to be planned smoothly – including media and power infrastructure designed for this campus. ([tala.de](https://tala.de/tagen-events/))
Accommodation and Catering Directly on Campus
Multi-day programs benefit from the fact that a large number of rooms are available on campus. The location overview of the conference center lists a total of 417 rooms – a number that allows for larger courses, academy days, or corporate kickoffs to be organized without external hotel shuttles. As an education campus, comfortable single rooms with functional amenities dominate; many rooms have balconies or terraces, all overlook greenery, and are equipped with IP-TV, radio, and internet access. This reduces transfer times between plenary sessions, breakouts, and evening programs and increases the concentration of your participants. Culinary-wise, the kitchen focuses on regional quality and varied, nutrient-conscious offerings – from breakfast to daily buffets to multi-course gala menus. For planners, it is particularly convenient that conference packages are available as full-service offers: In 2026, for example, half-day, half-board, and full-board packages are listed, which include room and standard technology as well as beverages, coffee breaks with sweet and savory snacks, and – depending on the package – lunch and dinner buffets with soft drinks. Important for “All under one roof” events: The restaurant has around 320 seats, allowing even larger groups to be served quickly. Those planning individual dietary requests or a themed buffet for the corporate event will be supported by the experienced event service team. All of this makes the campus a coherent conference ecosystem with short distances – from check-in to the seminar room to the evening reception. ([tala.de](https://tala.de/das-tagungszentrum/?utm_source=openai))
Leisure, Wellness, and ta.la Active: Recreation with Added Value
Work needs balance – and this is where the ta.la excels with its location in nature and a leisure offering that goes far beyond the standard of many conference hotels. Guests can swim laps in the pool, relax in the sauna or rest area, and clear their heads after an intensive seminar day. A bowling alley provides for sociable evenings with the team, and fitness options are also available. Those who prefer to be active outdoors will find walking paths around the campus and access to forest and nature conservation areas; the open construction style, which conforms to the natural tree line, creates a harmonious spatial feeling between architecture and nature. For informal networking formats, terraces, outdoor areas, and – depending on the season – beach or multifunctional areas can be integrated. This focus on leisure and activity is not just “nice to have” but contributes to the learning and networking quality of your event: Through beneficial micro-breaks, sports offerings, and the view into greenery, energy remains high, and content is anchored more sustainably. By the way: The house documents its commitment to sustainability and refers to a re-certification according to GreenSign with an audit result of 85 percent – an additional signal that ecological, economic, and social aspects are taken into account. ([congendo.com](https://www.congendo.com/de_ldh/sparkassenakademie_bayern_landshut.html?utm_source=openai))
Photos, 360° Tour, and Impressions of the Rooms
Those who want to get a picture in advance can find visual insights into architecture, rooms, and outdoor areas on the ta.la website. Particularly helpful: A 360° offer allows interested parties to virtually move through central areas – useful for pre-planning routes, sightlines, or exhibit positions. The imagery reflects the DNA of the house: a lot of wood, high transparency, daylight, and a constant reference to greenery. The room profiles summarize the relevant core data compactly – from square footage to typical seating variants to technical standards (projector, screen, whiteboard, pinboards; partially visualizers). For exhibitors, the foyer with its approximately 400 square meters is documented as a standalone area; images show how welcome desks or stands can be placed. Those who want to dive deeper can view the current room matrix, price lists for rooms, group rooms, and conference technology, as well as the sustainability certificate in the downloads. This transparency makes preparation easier and speeds up internal approvals – especially when multiple locations are in the pitch and reliable room/technology data is required. ([tala.de](https://tala.de/tagen-events/))
Reviews, Quality Signals, and Use Cases
Planners pay attention to soft signals in addition to hard facts: How does the place feel, how professionally does the event service function, how good are the kitchen and logistics? The campus character of the ta.la provides reliable indicators here. As a conference center of the Sparkassen Financial Group Bavaria, the house is designed for recurring formats – from teaching and study programs to selection procedures to conferences and association events. The combination of auditorium, seminar, and group rooms with short distances, restaurant capacities, and on-site accommodation addresses typical corporate needs: plenary keynotes in the morning, parallel tracks in the afternoon, get-togethers in the foyer, followed by networking in bar or outdoor areas, continuation the next day – all without shuttle. As a member of degefest (the professional association of congress and seminar management), the ta.la is also networked in the relevant ecosystem. The documented commitment to sustainability with the GreenSign re-certification is also positively perceived – a plus for companies with ESG criteria. Typical use cases range from academy weeks and train-the-trainer formats to kickoffs, product launches, and management offsites to exams, assessment centers, and in-house trade shows. Those who rely on integrating the surroundings benefit from the historic old town of Landshut for supporting programs and from the nearby Munich Airport for international guests. In summary, there are good conditions for events that are intellectually demanding and connect people – supported by an infrastructure built precisely for these purposes. Solid conference center with plenty of space and options. Good breakfast, cozy clean rooms, and various leisure activities including a gym, swimming pool, and fitness rooms. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Getting there by public transport is a bit of a hassle, but doable.

A very nice conference center. I was there for two days and my room was impeccably clean and very modern. The food (lunch, dinner, breakfast, and snacks, fruit, coffee, cake) was very tasty and varied. At first, it took a bit to find my way around the large building and to understand the signage. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would love to come back next year.

The conference center offers everything you could wish for (good food, modern classrooms, table tennis, gym, bowling alley, swimming pool, etc.). It's perfect for staying here for a conference 🥰❤️ I've never had such good food anywhere in conference centers before. Everything is delicious, fresh, and of very high quality. Plus, there's a wide variety of dishes and daily changing meals. In addition to a breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner, there are also tons of treats available twice a day (Leberkässemmeln, Obazdabrezen, sweets, etc.). I was absolutely thrilled and would love to come back ☺️🥰❤️

Reception is quick (open 24 hours), the conference center is clean and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The food is good too. Beds are comfortable and the heating works perfectly, there's also a small balcony. Getting there is straightforward. There’s a vending machine as well as a foosball table and swimming pool.

It's a really nice conference center. I arrived by train and then by bus, very easy to reach and everything is well signposted. All the staff are very helpful and especially friendly. The entire outdoor area is wonderful, very large, well-maintained, and invites you to linger and relax! The conference rooms are well-equipped and bright with many windows. The catering is particularly good, everything is always freshly prepared and there’s something for every taste, plus you can get seconds!! The rooms are well-furnished, clean, and spacious enough. All in all, a very nice conference venue, I would love to take a seminar there again! Highly recommend!!!
