I called the office at the town hall and asked for someone who speaks English in order to take some information about the registration process. The reply from the operator on the phone was that NO ONE speaks English at that office!! I asked the operator’s name because he was so unwilling to offer me any kind of assistance in order to complain to his supervisor about this unpleasant behavior and he refused to do so. English language hasn’t arrived yet at that office along with professional attitude. Big disappointment. I think the chief of the office should be informed about that incident and to act accordingly.
